The schedule of activities leading to the election of 2025 is hereby released as follows:

| Item D | 13 December 2025 | ELECTION will be absolutely online for a decided number of hours, i.e. 7 am to 7 pm, because of various time zones/ Declaration of Results at 8 pm |
| Item E | 26 December 2025 | Handover Ceremony/ Swearing in of New Executive Members |
Please note that interested individuals who completed the nomination form are required to pay a nomination fee of the sum of ₦5,000 (Five Thousand Naira) only to the association’s account. They should then convey evidence of such payment to the chairperson or to the electoral committee via email election@fakunle87set.org.ng.
The submitted nomination form will only be processed after confirmation of the nomination fee.
